How long will it take for my Rhinox order to arrive?
At Rhinox, we aim to provide Speed, Quality & Innovation in everything that we do. To provide the best service possible to our customers, we use these 3 factors for the base of how we operate. One of our key focuses is SPEED. Delivering quality products as quickly as possible is extremely important to us as it means that you are able to keep your downtime low and keep your projects on schedule.
In Stock Products
If your products are In Stock, we aim to dispatch your order the same day that you purchase. Orders shipped to the Lower 48 States should then be delivered within 5 - 7 business days. Orders outside of the Lower 48 or in Canada may take longer. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track your delivery.
Back Order items are stocked products that are awaiting a regular inventory delivery into our US distribution warehouse. You are still able to purchase these products but there could be a short lead time before we able to dispatch your order to you. If you would like a more accurate lead time on a back order product, do not hesitate to give our sales team a call and they will be happy to provide you with the most up-to-date delivery information.
Made to Order Products
Occasionally your products will be deemed 'Made to Order'. If your product is Made to Order, it means it is out of stock and will need to be manufactured before it can be dispatched. It will take approximately 3 - 4 weeks for your items to be delivered. When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the journey of your order. If you would like a more accurate lead time for your Made to Order products or you would prefer to place an order over the phone with one of our sales team, they are available to speak to you Monday to Friday, between 7am - 7pm EST / 4am - 4pm PST.Or you can email us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ordering with us over the phone ensures that you will receive the correct buckets and attachments for your machine make and model. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service, so we also offer a Machine Fitment Guarantee with every order. This means if you order the correct bucket or attachment for your machine model we guarantee that it will fit. If for some reason it doesn't fit, you can return the product to us for a full refund.
