Why do we need this information?

Rhinox are a UK based company, currently despatching orders from the UK. We aim to have a stocking location in the US in early 2023 but currently we ship from England.

Our aim is to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes we will require a little more information about you or your company to speed up this process and get your orders to you within 2-3 days. FedEx require your EIN / SSN number to pass it through customs, if they don't have them your order will be held in US customs. If your order is over $2,500 you will also need to fill in a 5106 Form.

Is it compulsory to provide us with your information?

It isn't mandatory that you provide us with your information, but it will impact how quickly you receive your order. If you do not provide us with the information, you will be contacted directly by FedEx to supply the information to them. This can cause your orders to be held in customs for several days.
