Do Rhinox keep products in stock?

Rhinox is a stocking manufacturer - this means that we keep large stocks of buckets and attachments for all the common machine makes and models. On our website, each product is marked as 'In Stock' or 'Made to Order'.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Rhinox can provide a Same Day Dispatch service to any customer, when products are in-stock. If your product is In Stock, we aim to dispatch your order the same day as purchase, for delivery in 5 - 10 working days.

However, if your product is Made to Order, your product will take an additional 5 - 10 working days to be manufactured before dispatch.

Can I pay more for my item to be manufactured faster?

We do not offer a service that allows you to pay for faster manufacturing of your products. We do, however, have a very dedicated team that work as quickly as they can to keep production times as low as possible so that you can receive your Made to Order product as quickly as possible. Our current lead times are 5-10 Working Days for manufacturing.

Do Rhinox manufacture custom products?

Unfortunately, Rhinox do not manufacture custom excavator buckets or attachments. We offer standardised products and components so that we can offer a market leading service and small lead times (manufacturing and delivery times). However, we are constantly growing our product lines through customer suggestions so do not be affraid to contact us and we will be able to let you know whether we can or can't help you.

How do I return an order?

We accept refunds and exchanges - all refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

You may return all unused items in the original packaging where possible. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to return your items, you then have 14 days to return the items after raising your query.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, to your original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving goods.

Do we offer warranty on our Buckets?

Our aim is to provide the best quality excavator buckets and attachments every time. But if, in the unlikely event, you have a product that is faulty or fails, our goal is to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. To show our commitment to providing the best quality products, we offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all the welds on our products, which means if a weld fails due to poor quality welding, we will either replace your product or arrange to have it repaired.

What is a Mechanical Pin Grabber Coupler?

A Mechanical Pin Grabber Coupler is a device that attaches to the end of your excavator boom / arm to make bucket and attachment changes faster, easier and safer. It stops the requirement to knock pins in and out of the dipper arm.

Do we offer warranty on Mechanical Pin Grabber Coupler?

Rhinox guarantee a 12-Month Warranty Period on our Mechanical Pin Grabber Coupler. This means that we promise to repair or replace any faulty Hitch, in which we consider to be caused by defective materials or workmanship within 12-Months from the date of sale (at no additional cost).

There are, however, exceptions where this warranty would be deemed void.

1) Faults caused by unauthorised modifications (drilling, welding, cutting or distortion of materials in any form)

2) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or falling (e.g.: using Coupler with a Breaker, Skeleton Bucket or similar harsh actions)

3) Damage caused by failing to follow transportation, storage, cleaning, operating instructions or anything mentioned in user manual

4) Replacement or repair of components due to fair wear and tear

5) Any consequential damage or wear from the use / fitting of non-standard components"

Do we supply Mix and Match Couplers?

Currently, Rhinox do not offer Mix and Match Couplers for Excavators. We do manufacture Mechanical Pin Grabber Coupler and are in the process of designing and testing Hydraulic Hitch and Auto-Lock Prototypes to be launched in the near future. Do we offer Hydraulic Hitches / Couplers?

Currently, Rhinox do not offer Hydraulic Hitches / Couplers for Excavators. However, we are in the process of designing and testing Hydraulic Hitch Prototypes to hopefully be launched in the near future. Follow us on social media to stay up to date with when these are released.

Do Rhinox sell second hand / used buckets?

Rhinox do not currently offer second hand / used buckets. Our goal is to help customers get the best product in the shortest amount of time, so we don't currently have the facilities to handle and process a second hand / used bucket service.

What hangers do Rhinox offer?

Where is the data plate on my excavator

The location of the data plate on an excavator can vary from machine make and age but can usually be found on the exterior / outside of the cab, on the lower-left corner, below the boom arm or under the windshield. On older excavators, they can be located within the cab, fixed to the console, seat, walls or floor - usually towards the drivers right foot.
